High-Quality Cartridge Filter Housing
Filter Cartridge is considered the heart of filter; it is inserted inside the housing and used to remove the contaminant/particles from water. The fluid enters from the inlet nozzle of housing and with the help of pressure, the fluid enters the cartridges which separates the contaminant/particles from the fluid. The contaminant gets deposited on the surface of the filter candle and clear fluid passes through the outlet nozzle.
Cartridge filters are available of different diameters and length. They can be mounted inside a housing vertically or horizontally. The cartridges are inserted inside a housing via a rod; those cartridges are of double open-end type. The cartridges which can be fit inside a tube sheet via locking mechanism are single open-end type (single o ring and double O-ring type). These cartridges are available of filtration rating 0.2 – 2000 micron.
Stainless steel filter cartridges are used in high temperature applications where synthetic media cannot work. These cartridges are available in MOC of SS 304, SS 316,SS 316 L. These cartridges are in sintered form, pleated form and wrap form. These cartridges can be washed and reused again.
